Charles Pabiton Poppe is a tennis player, Governor School graduate, former college student, Eagle Scout, Navy sailor, and future nuclear reactor operator. Born in the capital of Maryland, he started his journey with soccer, karate, and boy scouts. He later gave himself an extremely successful high school career, that later allowed him to get a once in a lifetime opportunity. During the summer of 2019 he was one of the few selected to join a Summer Academy for high school students at NASA's Langley Research Center. There he and his group designed a hypothetical mission to Mars. He even took early college courses during high school just to get ahead in his college career. He accomplished all this at only 17 years old.

Charles didn't stop there, once he graduated with honors and completed Governor School, he went to PVCC to further his education. However, he only completed 2 semesters, before deciding to join the United States Navy. After completing a long and tiring 2 months of basic training, Charles Poppe officially became a U.S Navy sailor. He is now learning and training to become a successful nuclear reactor operator. In the future he wishes to visit Iceland to see the Northern Lights and travel the world with his future bride.
